Can I apply if I'm not Cyprus-resident yet?

Yes. We support EU candidates with the MEU1 (Yellow Slip) registration as part of onboarding. For non-EU candidates, we sponsor work permits where the role and qualification justify it — case by case at offer stage.

Do you offer remote roles?

Hybrid only for the moment — a minimum of 3 days per week in the Paphos office. Client engagements, KYC and Registrar liaison work better with in-person collaboration. Pure remote roles may open up in 2027 once we add a second office.

What does a typical first year look like?

First quarter: shadowing on live engagements, learning the engagement-letter and KYC workflows, getting onto the client portal. Q2 onwards: leading your own files under supervision. By month 12, you should be running a portfolio of 15–25 clients independently with senior review only on novel matters.

How is compensation structured?

Base salary benchmarked to mid-tier Big 4 Cyprus rates for the equivalent qualification level, plus an annual performance bonus (typically 10–25% of base depending on review). Funded qualification (ACA / ACCA / Bar) is on top of base. Equity / partnership track is available for senior hires after year 3.

Accounting & Audit

ICPAC-track. IFRS preparation, statutory audit coordination, VAT/VIES, management accounts.

Immigration

Engagement-letter ops, KYC review, document workflow, client portal management.

Office in Paphos with sea views. Core hours 10:00–16:00; flexibility around it. WFH up to 2 days/week after probation.

Funded ACA / ACCA / Bar route

If you're on the qualification path, we cover the exam fees, study leave and supervised hours toward ICPAC or Bar admission.

Performance-linked bonus

Annual bonus tied to client retention, billable / advisory hours, and qualitative review by the lead partner — paid in March each year.

The ideal candidate

ICPAC-track or ACA / ACCA-qualified accountant — minimum 2 years post-qualification preferred
Cyprus Bar admission or LLB + active LPC in progress, with corporate-law focus
Immigration specialist with ≥ 3 years experience handling MEU1 / TRP / family-reunification cases
Operations / client-services lead with EU finance / law-firm background and English fluency
Strong written English — most engagement letters and correspondence are in English
Cyprus-resident or willing to relocate to Cyprus within 3 months of offer

From CV to offer in 3–4 weeks

Screening call

30-minute video call with the lead partner. Mutual fit check on values, working style and the specific role.

Technical interview

60–90 minute discipline-specific interview. For tax: a worked Cyprus structure. For law: an M&AA / opinion-letter exercise. For accounting: a Cyprus VAT scenario.

Team meet & paid trial

Half-day in the Paphos office meeting the team, followed by a paid 3-day trial on a real engagement (with NDA).

Offer

Written offer within 1 week of the trial. Standard terms include funded qualification, performance bonus, private health, 25 days holiday.

We don't operate ticket queues. Every engagement is owned end-to-end by a named senior. Variable hours, but rarely past 18:00 outside year-end and tax-deadline weeks.
