Office in Paphos with sea views. Core hours 10:00–16:00; flexibility around it. WFH up to 2 days/week after probation.
If you're on the qualification path, we cover the exam fees, study leave and supervised hours toward ICPAC or Bar admission.
Annual bonus tied to client retention, billable / advisory hours, and qualitative review by the lead partner — paid in March each year.

60–90 minute discipline-specific interview. For tax: a worked Cyprus structure. For law: an M&AA / opinion-letter exercise. For accounting: a Cyprus VAT scenario.
Half-day in the Paphos office meeting the team, followed by a paid 3-day trial on a real engagement (with NDA).
Written offer within 1 week of the trial. Standard terms include funded qualification, performance bonus, private health, 25 days holiday.
Hybrid only for now — minimum 3 days/week in the Paphos office. Pure remote roles may open in 2027 once we expand.
Every role is client-facing from month 2. If you'd rather sit behind a screen and never speak to a founder, this isn't the firm.
We don't operate ticket queues. Every engagement is owned end-to-end by a named senior. Variable hours, but rarely past 18:00 outside year-end and tax-deadline weeks.
