Will I get a senior advisor or a junior?

Senior, by design. Every Nexora engagement is led by an ICPAC-registered advisor or a Bar-admitted lawyer. Drafting can be done with junior support but every document that leaves the firm is reviewed and signed off by the named senior on your engagement letter.

Are your advisors registered and regulated?

Yes. Tax and accounting work is delivered through ICPAC-member professionals (the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus). Legal work is delivered through Cyprus Bar Association advocates. Immigration work is supervised by an MSc-qualified specialist.

Do I always have the same point of contact?

Yes. Your engagement letter names the lead advisor and the secondary contact. Both stay with you through year-2 compliance and beyond. We do not rotate account managers and we do not route enquiries through a generic mailbox.

Can you handle cross-jurisdictional engagements?

Yes — provided the lead advice is anchored in Cyprus law and tax. We routinely co-ordinate with UK, EU, Israeli, UAE and US specialists on cross-border structuring, exit planning, and intra-group restructures. We do not attempt to give standalone advice on non-Cyprus law.

Do you take engagements where another firm is already involved?

Yes. Second-opinion work, audit-only engagements, and parallel filings (e.g. Cyprus IR4 alongside a UK adviser handling personal tax) are common. We are happy to liaise with your existing UK/US/EU advisers as needed.
