How does the revenue share work?

Standard split is 20% of first-year fees and 10% recurring on year-2+ compliance for the lifetime of the client. Paid quarterly against invoiced and collected fees. We can structure flat finder's fees instead for partners who prefer a one-off model — case by case at agreement stage.

Can you operate under our engagement letter (white-label)?

Yes. Two operating models are available: (a) 'Cyprus counsel under your letter' — your client never sees Nexora's brand, you bill them for the full work, we invoice you for the Cyprus portion at our agreed wholesale rate; (b) 'Direct introduction' — we engage the client directly under our letter and pay you the referral split. Both honour the same economics.

Do I need to be a regulated practice to partner with you?

Not strictly — we partner with non-regulated boutiques (e.g. immigration consultancies, accelerators) too. But we do diligence every partner before signing: trading history, client testimonials, regulatory standing where relevant, and a reference call with two existing clients of yours. We don't partner with mass-market lead-generation operations.

What's the minimum referral volume?

There is none. We don't impose minimum-volume contracts on partners and we don't impose exclusivity. The relationship works because each referral converts to a long-term client; volume follows quality, not the other way round.

How do you handle client confidentiality and GDPR?

Standard partner agreement includes GDPR-compliant data-sharing clauses, a joint Data Processing Addendum, and shared confidentiality obligations. Where the engagement is white-labelled, the client never sees Nexora's identity. Where it's a direct introduction, both firms are joint controllers under the agreement.

Pilot referral

First 1–3 client referrals run as a pilot. We track quality of fit, response time, conversion and client feedback. Adjustments made openly.

Operational onboarding

We don't partner with companies that buy SEO traffic and sell raw leads. Quality of fit matters more than volume.

Crypto-only or grey-area

We're MiCA-compliant and ICPAC-registered. We don't take on partners whose primary book is unregulated crypto, ICOs, or jurisdictions on FATF grey/black lists.

No-budget pilot programs
