Who is eligible to refer?

Anyone who is not currently a Nexora client and not in our active sales pipeline. This includes existing clients (you can refer your friends and colleagues — most of our work comes that way), past clients, partners, friends, and people who simply found us online and like what we do. We don't run a closed programme.

How is 'successful' defined?

Two conditions both must be met: (1) the referred party signs our engagement letter; and (2) they pay the first invoice in full. Once both happen, the €200 (or €500 for premium engagements) is triggered. We pay within 14 days of payment receipt.

What counts as a 'premium' referral?

Any engagement where our first-invoice fee is €3,000 or higher. This typically includes holding-company structures, IP Box advisory, full Non-Dom + tax residency packages, transfer-pricing Local Files, and group-restructuring projects. Standard formation referrals trigger the €200 reward.

Can I refer more than one person?

Yes — there's no cap on the number of referrals or total rewards earned. We've had individuals pass us 30+ founders over a 5-year period and earn €6,000+ in cash plus annual recurring on our compliance fees. Volume is welcomed.

What if my referral talks to multiple advisors before signing?

We use a 90-day attribution window. If a referral was introduced by you within 90 days of signing our engagement letter, you get the reward — even if they spoke to other firms in between. We don't play 'last-touch' attribution games against the person who actually made the introduction.

Do I need to disclose to my referral that I'm getting paid?

Yes. As a matter of professional ethics and (depending on your jurisdiction) potentially as a legal requirement, you should let your referral know that Nexora pays a referral reward. We include a one-line standard disclosure in our first email to every referral so this is handled cleanly.

We reach out to the referral within 4 working hours, run our standard 30-minute scoping call, send a written engagement letter if it's a fit.

Engagement signed

When the referral signs an engagement letter and pays the first invoice, your reward is triggered. We notify you by email the same day.

You get paid

€200 cash to your bank account within 14 days of the first invoice being paid. SEPA / bank-transfer / Revolut — your choice.

Default reward for every successful formation referral. Paid in EUR by SEPA, bank transfer or Revolut within 14 days of first-invoice payment.

Premium

€500 for HNWI / Holding

Higher reward when the referred client signs a holding-company structure, Non-Dom + tax residency, or an IP Box advisory engagement (≥ €3,000 first-invoice).

Recurring 5%

If the referral retains us for year-2+ compliance work, you receive 5% of their annual retainer for the lifetime of their engagement — paid annually each January.

Self-referrals or referrals of someone already in our pipeline (within 90 days of last contact) are not eligible. We always check the CRM first.

Mass-market lead gen

Referrals from companies that buy SEO traffic and resell raw enquiries. We can tell, and we don't pay rewards for that — see /partners for our regulated revenue-share programme instead.

Sanctioned / FATF-listed

Anyone from a country on the FATF black list, or where Cyprus AML regs require enhanced due diligence beyond what's commercially viable. We tell you upfront if a referral can't be onboarded.
