Legal Notice — Nominee Director Liability
A Cyprus nominee director is a full legal director under the Companies Law, Cap. 113, and bears full statutory director liability. Nominee arrangements do not limit director responsibility. All beneficial owners (25%+ ownership) must be disclosed to the Cyprus UBO Register as required by law. Nominee arrangements do not confer anonymity from regulatory or tax authorities.
