Tax Planning
Tax residency registration without Non-Dom is incomplete; Non-Dom without tax residency registration is impossible. We sell both as a single bundle for €699 + VAT. Here is exactly what is included, what is not, and the order operations matter.9 min read · By Nexora Cyprus editorial team · Reviewed by an ICPAC-registered Cyprus tax adviser engaged by Nexora

Tax Residency Registration + Non-Dom Bundle — €699 + VAT, one-time. Both services always go together. We do not sell them separately because the value proposition only works when both are in place from day one.
Tax residency registration without Non-Dom leaves you exposed to Cyprus Special Defence Contribution (SDC) on dividends, interest and (until 2026) certain rental income — defeating most of the reason an international founder relocates to Cyprus in the first place. Conversely, Non-Dom without tax residency registration is meaningless: Non-Dom is a Cyprus tax-resident classification. You cannot have one without the other; pricing them separately just creates failure modes where clients register one and forget the other.
Three relocation packages on our pricing page include the bundle as one of several services: **Tax Resident** (€1,899), **Relocate & Launch** (€4,899) and **60-Day Nomad** (€5,899). Those package prices include immigration filings, banking and corporate setup on top of the residency + Non-Dom bundle. The €699 bundle is the pure two-service bundle with nothing else attached.
Non-Dom exempts you from SDC: 0% on dividends (vs 5% domiciled from 2026), 0% on interest (vs 17% domiciled), and 0% on the post-2026 narrowed rental rules. On €100,000 of annual dividend income, Non-Dom saves €5,000 every year for up to 17 years — €85,000 of cumulative savings against a one-time €699 + VAT registration.
The 60-day rule was clarified in 2026: dual tax residency is now permitted with treaty tie-breaker rules. See the [Tax Residency & Non-Dom complete guide](/articles/cyprus-tax-residency-non-dom-complete-guide) for the details.
